Le norme legate all’emergenza epidemiologica e all’attuazione del Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR) prevedono il reclutamento di almeno 40.835 nuove unità, di cui 23.011 a tempo determinato e 490 nuove posizioni dirigenziali, oltre ad incarichi di esperti pari a 8,5 milioni di euro per ciascuno degli anni dal 2022 al 2026. La spesa complessiva di questa operazione è stimata in circa 5,443 miliardi di euro. Il PNRR rappresenta, quindi, un’occasione unica di reclutamento dopo oltre un decennio di blocco del turn over, da non sprecare.
